This transparent plastic can be cut in any shape and placed on a rotary cutting ruler to aid in cutting odd-sized strips or odd-shaped pieces. The package contains two 8-1/2" x 11" sheets of transparent pink plastic film with paper backing. After shapes are cut, the paper is removed and the plastic sticks to the ruler by static -- no tape needed. Plastic is repositionable.
